Your lessons stay on your devices.

Short version: we don’t track you.

1. The app sends nothing anywhere. You draw on your iPad and record on your Mac. Your lessons, your Prompter notes and your recordings stay on those devices. Nothing is uploaded, tracked or reported.
2. iPad and Mac talk directly. They pair over your local network and send the lesson straight to each other. Nothing goes through our servers, because there are none.
3. Encryption is yours to switch on.Turn on the encrypted connection option and the link between your iPad and your Mac is encrypted. It is a setting, not a service: still no servers, still no accounts.
4. Crash reports are opt-in.Off by default. If you switch them on, a crash log with no lesson content is sent so we can fix the bug. Switch it off any time.
5. This site has no analytics. No cookies, no trackers, no outside fonts, no scripts from anyone else. Nothing on this site phones home.
6. Email. If you write to apps@ferdi.com.au, we read it and reply. If you ask to be notified, we keep your address only to tell you when Annotastic ships, and delete it when you ask. That is all we do with it.
